SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Hematech has developed a Summer Internship program to assist college students with gaining industry experience and establish working relationships with the students and the colleges/universities.
Eligibility
- Applicants for the Summer Internship program must be enrolled in a college/university.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a Biology, Chemistry, Animal Science or related field of study.
- Preference will be given to those students at the Junior or Senior level.
Credit for Internships
Hematech does offer the opportunity to work with the college students and colleges/ universities to offer credit for the summer internships. The college students will need to work with their Manager and Human Resources Manager to complete paperwork and evaluations, etc. to fulfill the colleges/universities requirements in order to receive credit.
Internship Requirements
- Each intern will need to prepare a report at the end of the internship regarding their project, experience, etc.
- Each intern will need to present the report to a predetermined set group of people which will be relevant to the internship placement.
